In order to deliver the correct and right product, our team of experts do a rigorous check in terms of the fabric’s impeccable quality, it’s color, it’s quantity as per the order number and code before it’s ready for shipping.
- You may change/cancel your order if it is not yet shipped. To do so, please get in touch with us at kindness@GetNoKudos.comwith your order number and your request.
- All our products undergo quality checks before delivery, still you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture(s) of the product within 4 days (include weekend and holiday days) of the order receipt. Once we confirm the order damage, we will make an assessment and necessary arrangements to make things right with you.
- We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at kindness@GetNoKudosand we will take care of the rest.
- In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product free of cost and will send the original product ordered. But please note, it has to be intimated to us via email on kindness@GetNoKudos.comimmediately or within 4 days of receipt of product. Hence, we urge you to check the product received immediately upon receipt.
- If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns / exchange / replacement request. SALE products are final sale only unless the product is defected/damaged, or the product is not what you ordered for.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and undamaged.
- If you cancel the order, any amount paid will be credited back to the requested bank account. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Wallet, you will receive a refund into the source account within 10 – 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining amount will be credited to your account if you return the order for a refund.
- If a coupon code is applied and the order is returned, the discount will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- In the case of multiple orders, if a single product is returned and the coupon code is applied, the discount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Only 1 Exchange for sizing will be permitted per order. We encourage you to check out our sizing chart to avoid this situation and unnecessary shipping expense and fuel use.
