1. Our Carrier and Rates
What you will see at checkout is a LIVE RATE based on our interface with a 3rd party sevice. Your information is not communicated to that 3rd party, except zip code. All information remains on WooCommerce in our hosted site. Addresses are validated by WooCommerce. Rates are then recalculated when we ship your product by generating a shipping label through our UPS account. If the rates go up for any reason from the time it may take to ship, our customer will not be charged and we absorb that cost.
2. ECO-Packaging
Our product is wrapped in recycled plastic and we are always looking for different materials that will protect the product on its way to you. Our outer wrapping will be an ECO pak as well or cardboard box. Only if we need to provide extra protection we might use packing materials which may or may not require disposal.
